Still think social media is a fad? You might want to watch this video. Remember the days when you can just buy an ad in the newspaper or purchase a listing in the phone book and wait for the customers come calling. Ahh! The good ol’ days. Well those days are over. You now have to work to get their trust before they think about doing business with you. Consumers nowadays are smart. Not only do they google what they are looking for, they also look for reviews of the businesses they find before they even pick up the phone or send you a message.

Its funny how people would trust a positive review from a total stranger more than taking your word. That’s what traditional marketing was doing. You are basically telling everybody how good your business is and hope that people would believe you. People are already talking about your business. But, are you listening to what they are saying? That’s is what social media is all about, word of mouth. Only this time, one can reach tens of thousands of people and not just their circle of influence. Why not join in on the conversation. You’ll be surprised what it can do for your business.

The New Package Creating an Effective Buzz

You cannot separate Social Media Marketing from SEO anymore! Not if you are serious about improving visibility of your website on major Search Engines. Social Media Marketing and SEO are so intricately intertwined that Social Media Marketing can almost be called the new SEO.

As we try and dig deeper into this new concept that we come across the search marketing conference agendas, and online news in the SEM space which are revolving around incorporating Social Media marketing in the SEO Package, is when the fact actually hits us – That social media marketing and networking are the wave of the future. And that SEO and Social Media Marketing should go hand in hand for best results on Search Engine for any website.

The times have changed and SEO is not enough anymore. Especially when your ultimate goal is to get ahead in the SE and be found by your target audience before they find your competitors.

Through social media marketing you can successfully create a back-and-forth conversation with your target audience, which acts as an effective tool, giving you the ability to market your website through the buzz that you have been able to create.

When something interesting or unique is being talked about your product, services or concept in all the right places, it certainly acts as a much needed shot in the arm that boosts your website traffic. And this is what social media marketing is all about.

So it can be easily said that Social Media Marketing fulfills high visibility requirement on major search engines when equipped with effective SEO strategies. Also Social Media Marketing Experts implement SEO strategies to get publicity and flows of targeted traffic to their client’s websites.

However, as dedicated and professional SEO and social media marketers, we feel that both are two separate and equally important tools which help to boost traffic and attract the niche target audience to a website.

Social Media Marketing is a great addition to the traditional SEO work that you do, but it’s not a substitute. Therefore when you approach us the first thing we do is, understand your target audience is, what they’re searching for in the search engines, and how your website can solve their problem. The next step is about ensuring that your website serves the purpose.

All the social media buzz and traffic won’t amount to anything if your target audience isn’t already part of the online conversation. Once we have understood your target audience and where they hang out, we create an effective buzz about you in the right circles through Social Media marketing!

Why SEO your website?

If you’ve studied internet search marketing, you know how difficult and expensive it is to get your site noticed. There are hundreds, if not thousands of business just like yours looking to grab the attention of interested web surfers through whatever means possible.

When you are not in the top thirty search results you are not really gaining significant visitors from the top search engines.

Most searchers do not scroll past the first or second page, so it is in your best interest for your website to appear at the top of the search engine rankings for your determined keywords. You want buyers.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a proven and effective way to grow your website’s visibility, and in turn, grow your business. Over time, SEO methods can place your website to the top of searches for all major engines.

The Benefits of SEO are clear:

1.	SEO is a long-term solution for effective search marketing
2.	It can level-out your search and advertising costs over time
3.	It may be that internet searchers trust “organic search results” from “relevant,” optimized websites based on SEO, rather than websites that are listed as “sponsored links” by the search engine.

Why Develop a Social Media Strategy?

Embarking on an effective social media strategy is one of the most important decisions companies can make in today’s day and age. What does this mean for your business?

Increased Brand Awareness

Brand Engagement (pages viewed, time on site)

Positive Controlled Publicity

Higher amounts of traffic to your website

Targeted leads

Conversions for new business

Strong inbound Link Generation helping to bolster long term marketing efforts, referral and search engine recognition
